Apache Designs are committed, at all times, to respect and protect your privacy. So, unless you choose otherwise, you can contact us, by any means, or visit our website, without identifying yourself or divulging personal information. Apache Designs are registered under EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) and this Privacy Policy, if you consent us to do so, sets out your rights and our practices as to how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.

What we need
This data may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, mobile, email address and if required your personal address.

Why we need it
We collect data about you when you request an estimate or place an order for our hosting products, design services or Domain Name Registrations.

What we do with it
We use this information to be able to conduct business with you, for internal record keeping and invoicing.

How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as we consider you an active client, for a period of 7 years. This period is determined by HMRC tax regulations, as we are obligated to retain business records for this period.

Future “Marketing Opt-In”
We do not at present email our customers with marketing material or newsletters.

Your rights to the  information we hold on you
You have a right to request a copy of the data we hold on you and a right to complain to the ICO if you think there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.

Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful breach of this data or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach, if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.

Changes to our privacy policy
This privacy policy may change from time to time inline with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
